    Beats in order
    1. The running thread. That it always comes down to establishing a habit, with or without a gadget.
    2. What Noa is. Name and category tied together on first mention (styrdokumentet 8.5).
    3. The call, exactly. You open, the groups share without you, you close.
    4. Next step. One question to answer, and that starting costs nothing.

    Noa The Game
66days until the habit runs automatically.

Which part of the night is worst?

You are not the problem. Only 2.7% of working adults wake up rested.

Every sleep app wants you sleeping better tonight

That pressure is part of what keeps people awake. Sleep isn't about doing, and we can't force an outcome. Sleep is the opposite: stop doing, and relax. That's easier said than done.

We start by mapping where you are with your sleep today, and then we work in small steps over time. Not only so your sleep gets better, but so it holds once you're finished here.

You will choose ONE small thing and focus on that. We help you stay accountable with live calls.

    What happens when you answer

    1. 1

Four short questions. About a minute. Nothing to sign up for yet.

    2. 2

You shape one habit. You write what you'll do, and you pick when and where.

No download. No card. It runs in your browser.

    3

Then you get in the room with everyone else

Once a week, everyone in Noa shows up at the same time. This is the part no app gives you, and it's the part that makes the habit stick.

    Opens
Fredrik opens the call and walks everyone through what you're doing that week.Fredrik opening the weekly call
    Breakout
Then you go into your group of five. He isn't in there. Everyone gets three to five minutes, one at a time, and nobody comments on anyone else.
    Closes
Everyone comes back together and closes the call as one room.

Questions go in writing during the call and get answered after. The first call is free.

What a week actually looks like

Fredrik is building the same habit. This is week three.

    From people who've done it

"A safe space to fail. It breaks the taboo that failure is bad."

    Gokul

"Clear and simple. I go in, I report, and I go out."

Philip — four weeks sugar-free, steadier mood [permission required, §8]

"I went in at first so I wouldn't let the others down."

Mikael — picked his daily routine back up [permission required]

    Questions

    What does it cost?

The first call is free. After that the program runs 66 days for a single price. [Price not set — 11.1]

Do I have to download anything?

No. It runs in your browser. You can add it to your phone later if you want reminders.

What if I miss a call?

You keep reporting each day. Your group keeps going, and you join the next one.

What if I say no on a given day?

You report the no. A no isn't a failure here, it keeps the habit conscious. Nobody in your group comments on it.

    Who runs this?

Fredrik Brännlund built Noa and plays it himself. He isn't a sleep expert, and the research behind each activity was done by people who do that for a living.
